NOTE: The products need to hydrated first by soaking them in water for a few minutes, before cooking them as you would animal meat. Refer to cooking instructions below.

Please note instructions BEFORE cooking:

For the chunks:
1. Cover in cold water and soak for 10 minutes to hydrate the chunks before cooking. Use a ratio of 2 portions of water to 1 portion of chunks.

2. Then cook for 5-8 mins.


For the mince:

1. Add your pea protein mince to boiling water (use double the amount of water than there is mince), then instantly reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

2. Drain the water and then cook these in your sauce or seasoning, anywhere between 5-15 minutes so they can take in all the flavour.
